1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Raw Sugar (I used coconut Sugar)
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Chunky Peanut butter ( I used Almond butter)
1tsp Vanilla
1 cup Rice flower
3/4 cup Quinoa flakes
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
To Prepare:
1- Preheat Oven at 350
2- Beat honey, sugar, coconut oil, Peanut butter and vanilla in a med bowl until creamy.
3-Combine Rice flour, quinoa flakes, baking soda and salt in small bowl then add to creamy mixture and beat until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4- drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 mins or until golden brown (better soft) allow to cool 1 minute before removing!
