It's a 21 day program focused on Nutrtion, portion control and (8) 30 min kick butt workouts! The awesome thing is its the PERFECT program for beginners and pros alike. There are a variety of fitness levels in each DVD and I love that! It also helps you plan your meals and shows you how much you can eat each day.
