30 days to STRONGER LEANER legs with Squat Challenge

As I prep for this baby who comes in about 1 month (Lord willing) I want to make my legs as strong as I can so I can stand and squat this baby out! Laying on my back is NOT an easy way to let the baby slip out. Imagine trying to poo laying down- not me!!
